Yin Yoga & Deep Relaxation

Welcome to this restful video: we will practice slow, yin yoga-style asanas for deep stretches and then dedicate a longer chunk of time (10 minutes) for deep relaxation. Some of the yoga postures focus on opening up the hips and stretching the inner thighs, while also relaxing the lower back. We also have a chest opener position; feel free to use your breath to open up this part of the body even more.

We do the last posture against a wall, so you may want to clear some wall space, or find a stable wardrobe or door to put your legs up against.
