There are only a few tools in my life that I can use as universally as yoga.
Alone or in a group, at home or in a park, in the morning or in the evening, I somehow always find my place during practice.
I have cried, laughed, slept and fallen on my head several times on my yoga mat, but that 180*60 cm space always gives me what I need.
