Freud a trauma lehets\u00e9ges okoz\u00f3inak a k\u00fcls\u0151 hat\u00e1sokat tartotta: \u00fagy v\u00e9lte, akkor k\u00f6vetkezik be, ha a szervezet\u00fcnket olyan mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 k\u00e1ros hat\u00e1s \u00e9ri, hogy ellene m\u00e1r k\u00e9ptelenek vagyunk v\u00e9dekezni. Mivel az energiah\u00e1ztart\u00e1sunkban keletkez\u0151 zavart nem tudjuk lek\u00fczdeni, magatehetetlen \u00e1llapotba ker\u00fcl\u00fcnk. Persze az\u00f3ta sok \u00faj pszichol\u00f3giai te\u00f3ria keletkezett, itt Feldm\u00e1r Andr\u00e1s pszichol\u00f3gus defin\u00edci\u00f3j\u00e1t id\u00e9zz\u00fck:<\/p><p>\u201eTulajdonk\u00e9ppen akkor besz\u00e9lhet\u00fcnk traum\u00e1r\u00f3l, ha foglyul ejtve \u00e9rzem magam, \u00e9s valami k\u00ednoz. Vagyis ha nem vagyok szabad, nem tudok menek\u00fclni, valahogyan g\u00e1tolva vagyok, k\u00ednz\u00e1st \u00e9lek \u00e1t. Trauma b\u00e1rmilyen \u00e9lm\u00e9ny, amit \u00e9n magam nem v\u00e1lasztan\u00e9k. B\u00e1rmilyen \u00e9lm\u00e9ny, amelynek a v\u00e9g\u00e9t v\u00e1rom.\u201d<\/p><p>E defin\u00edci\u00f3 szerint b\u00e1rki, aki bel\u00e9p egy j\u00f3ga\u00f3r\u00e1ra lehet traum\u00e1t \u00e1t\u00e9lt ember. Vannak er\u0151sebb, kritikusabb traum\u00e1k \u00e9s enyh\u00e9bbek is. A trauma k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nye sokszor lehet szorong\u00e1sos zavar is, amelyr\u0151l szint\u00e9n \u00e9rdemes p\u00e1r sz\u00f3t ejten\u00fcnk.<\/p><p>A poszttraum\u00e1s stressz szindr\u00f3ma az akkut traum\u00e1t \u00e1t\u00e9lt emberekn\u00e9l jelentkezhet: katasztr\u00f3f\u00e1khoz, b\u00e1ntalmaz\u00e1shoz, szemtan\u00fas\u00e1ghoz k\u00f6thet\u0151, teh\u00e1t \u00e9letet vesz\u00e9lyeztet\u0151 helyzethez. Ahogy az illet\u0151 t\u00e1volodik a traum\u00e1t\u00f3l, az eml\u00e9kez\u00e9s \u00e9s a szenved\u00e9s intenzit\u00e1sa cs\u00f6kken, de ink\u00e1bb egy elnyom\u00e1s hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra, mint egy feldolgoz\u00e1s k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyek\u00e9ppen. Ilyenkor fontosak azok a \u2019triggerek\u2019 amik el\u0151hozz\u00e1k a trauma eml\u00e9k\u00e9t. Ennek \u00e1t\u00e9l\u00e9se sokszor p\u00e1nikrohamhoz vezethet (ami persze mag\u00e1t\u00f3l is megt\u00f6rt\u00e9nhet a triggert\u0151l f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl). Teh\u00e1t az els\u0151 fontos l\u00e9p\u00e9s ezeknek a triggereknek a cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se, kiz\u00e1r\u00e1sa. Egy akut traum\u00e1t \u00e1t\u00e9lt emberben az eset ut\u00e1n is m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sben marad ez a reflex, \u00edgy nehezebb\u00e9 vagy sokszor lehetetlenn\u00e9 v\u00e1lik a biztons\u00e1g\u00e9rzet visszanyer\u00e9se.<\/p><p>M\u00e9gis a traum\u00e1knak a test\u00fcnkben is meghagyj\u00e1k nyomaikat. A modern neurol\u00f3gia egyik nagy felfedez\u00e9se Antonio Damasio nev\u00e9hez f\u0171z\u0151dik, aki meg\u00e1llap\u00edtotta, hogy tudatunk a testi \u00e9rzeteinkben nyilv\u00e1nul meg, ezzel kihangs\u00falyozva a test-elme kapcsolatot. Mivel ezel\u0151tt a pszichol\u00f3gi\u00e1ban f\u0151leg az elme \u00e9s az \u00e9rzelmek viszony\u00e1t vizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k, a tudat \u00e9s a test \u00f6sszekapcsol\u00e1sa \u00fajszer\u0171 gondolkod\u00e1sm\u00f3dot hozott mag\u00e1val. Az amerikai Trauma Center tapasztalati szerint a trauma a test\u00fcnkben is \u00e9l \u00e9s a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 k\u00ednz\u00f3 testi jelekkel jelenik meg a t\u00fal\u00e9l\u0151kn\u00e9l: A mellkas f\u00e1jdalma, szorul\u00e1sa, \u00f6sszeh\u00faz\u00f3 \u00e9rz\u00e9se, folyamatos fesz\u00fclts\u00e9g a v\u00e1llakban, f\u00e1jdalom a hasban, em\u00e9szt\u00e9si probl\u00e9m\u00e1k, amelyek mind ment\u00e1lis rosszull\u00e9ttel is egy\u00fctt j\u00e1rnak. A traum\u00e1t \u00e1t\u00e9lt ember sokszor legsz\u00edvesebben menek\u00fclne a test\u00e9b\u0151l, a test \u00e9s az elme kapcsolata \u00edgy h\u00e1tt\u00e9rbe szorul.<\/p><p>A traumatudatos j\u00f3ga c\u00e9lja, teh\u00e1t, hogy seg\u00edtse a testben rakt\u00e1rozott traum\u00e1k felold\u00e1s\u00e1t vagy annak megkezd\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s hogy \u00fajra szorosra fonja a test \u00e9s az elme kapcsolat\u00e1t. Ezt nem kell t\u00fal drasztikusan elk\u00e9pzelni: sokszor csup\u00e1n kisebb vagy nagyobb \u00e9letmin\u0151s\u00e9gbeli k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9gen kereszt\u00fcl jelentkeznek a feldolgoz\u00e1s jelei. Itt kulcssz\u00f3 tud lenni a j\u00f3ga egyik fontos eleme: a jelenl\u00e9t. Ezen kereszt\u00fcl egy traum\u00e1t \u00e1t\u00e9lt ember is ki tud alak\u00edtani egy eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gesebb kapcsolatot a saj\u00e1t test\u00e9vel, megfigyelve a fesz\u00fclts\u00e9g g\u00f3cpontjait, a l\u00e9gz\u00e9s milyens\u00e9g\u00e9t.
