Some of the yoga postures focus on opening up the hips and stretching the inner thighs, while also relaxing the lower back. We also have a chest opener position; feel free to use your breath to open up this part of the body even more.<\/p><p>We do the last posture against a wall, so you may want to clear some wall space,
